recipe: thai "fried" quinoa

as a vegetarian, I'm always looking for new and fun recipes that give me enough nutrients. Qunioa has quickly become one of my go-to "grains". It contains essential amino acids needed, making it a complete protein source.

So, the other night, I tried out a new recipe.
It's a modern take on a usually sodium heavy and unhealthy dish.

I present to you, Thai Fried Quinoa

I loved it. The meat-eating hubby loved it. That's a win in our house.

okay, so maybe it's a little "heart" overkill but I'm digging this outfit for valentine's day. It's fun, festive and flirty. and the best part? each piece would be fun to have (and wear) on its own. {hint*hint hubby}

Big news in the design world. Domino Magazine is back in action {sort of} by releasing a special edition in April. The issue will be called Domino Quick Fixes and will have some new content along with content that has appeared in previous issues. Word on the street is there will be another special edition releasing this fall!
